ALL HIGHLIGHTS OF UTCA MEETING HELD ON DT. 14/09/2025 AT MALVIYA SMRITI BHAWAN, ITO, NEW DELHI

KEY POINTS OF UTCA SCHEME

1. UTCA Developers Limited and Unified Titanium Common Association has executed a collaboration agreement with M/s Splendor Landbase Limited.

2. M/s Splendor Landbase Limited is ready to revive the Corporate Debtor under the agreed terms and conditions with Unified Titanium Common Association.

3. Splendor group is a 20+ years old real estate developer company having expertise in developing IT/ITES office spaces. The company has a net worth of over 300 crores.

4. M/s Splendor Landbase Limited has agreed to pay 100% claim of Greater Noida Authority (Rs. 27 Crores), Custom and Excise Department (Rs. 36.5 Lakhs) , Income Tax Department (Rs. 1.47 Crores) etc. immediately after approval of the Scheme from Hon'ble NCLT.

5. M/s Splendor Landbase Limited has agreed to develop a total of 30% of saleable area worth Rs. 900 Crores for Homebuyers of Corporate Debtor within 3 years.

6. All Construction Cost, Development Cost, Liquidation Cost and Statutory dues will be borne by Splendor group and there will be no extra financial burden on the Earth Titanium Buyers for the same.

7. Refund of 100% claim amount to all such homebuyers who seek exit from the project. Priority will be given to Senior Citizens, Widows, Critically ill Patients and Single Mothers.

8. 30% Bigger Unit to all who want units. Expected income after delivery of units: ₹28000-₹35000 per month and Additional Expected Profit from company: ₹48000-₹60000 per month
